Our goal is to maximize your return on investment. This is achieved through property maintenance, optimizing rental rates, and maintaining the highest occupancy rates.

Vacancies cost owners and our company income. For this reason, you can be assured that keeping your unit rented is one of our top priorities. Vacancies are often quickly filled as a result of our advertising efforts and client database. Once we locate a potential tenant, credit and background checks are ran, and security deposits and rent are collected.

We find tenants to fill your vacancies for 50% of the first full month’s rent (fee is capped at $500).
